Step-by-step Android Auto Setup Guide

Follow this easy step-by-step guide, or watch the video above to pair your Android device to your new Acura with Android Auto.

  1. Download the Android Auto app from Google Play store on your Android device.
  2. Connect your Android device to your Acura USB port using a manufacturer-approved USB cable. The USB port is usually located behind a cover in the center console.
  3. When prompted about Android Auto on your Acura multimedia screen, select Always Enable.
  4. Your Android device and Acura are now connected via Android Auto. Your Acura multimedia display will now automatically switch to Android Auto when connected to your Android device through USB.
